Little did I (Karen Williams Johnson) know as I was collecting blocks for Sue's hug quilt, another rctq-er (Karen Hood) sneakily arranged for people to send me blocks for a hug quilt for me! What a shock! It took me a few days to figure out why I was receiving all these pastel and jewel-toned blocks (which I love) for Sue (who hated 'em, and craved bright primary colors).
